and the difference between Scrum for Team System ... there are now 3 implementations of Scrum on top of Team Foundation Server - hopefully someone with experience with them all can write a blog post or article on it. I have previously used the Scrum for Team System - but investigating the alternatives for a big new project. My primary need is for a "global" product back log that can be shared across multiple team projects (multiple sprints at the same time).

Anyone have the answer to this?

I've used the Light Weight Scrum for a while now and it has some good work item templates, but it's lacking a lot of the reports that Scrum for Team System as. eScrum looks like a completely different beast with it's own web UI, etc. Never tried to install it, but it looks like it's a completely seperate scrum system that has quickly been integrated into Team Foundation Server.

We're working on a big project using LWS and hopefully it will work out good for us, possibly enjoying future updates as they come.
